As a doula, I am here to walk alongside you— to help you uncover your own power and trust in your body’s wisdom. Whether you dream of a calm home birth, a supported hospital birth, or simply want to feel more prepared, I will be there to hold space for you, offering knowledge, reassurance, and hands-on guidance when you need it.
Why would you need a doula?
Birth is one of the most powerful and transformative experiences of your life—but it can also feel overwhelming, especially if you're navigating an unfamiliar healthcare system, dealing with previous birth trauma or giving birth far from family. That’s where a doula comes in.
As your doula, I am here to provide continuous, compassionate support—emotionally, physically, and practically—before, during, and after birth. My main focus is on you—your comfort, your choices, and your experience.

Here is a bit more about me.
I'm Nerina, wife and loving mama to two boys. I'm also passionate about pregnancy and birth. I truly believe that birth is something special that we should all go into feeling confident, educated, loved and ready. I'm excited to be on this doula journey and to come alongside new mama's supporting them during this transitional period of motherhood.
